im sorry but i think vaults are very important, learning the correct technique will help soo much and that comes with practice. take my kongs for example, before i was pathetic at them but after pedestrians i find them soo easy and i get a fair bit of distance from them. you need to train on vaults too man.

Saturday: Got up earlier than usual [ 7 AMish] got ready and hour later or so and went down to Manor high school for some solo training heres what went down:
{A}Light warm up 1: Jog for 1 minute 2:dynamic stretches 3:Jump squats 4: Vaulting picnic bench
{B}Technical 1: Underbars [ Roughly 30] 2:Wall runs/Climb ups [ 15] 3: Tic tac to climb up [1] 4: gate vault [ 2]
{C}Conditioning 1: Lunge Walking [ 10 reps 5 sets] 2: Squats [ 10 sets 5 reps] 3: Dips [ 3 sets 3 reps] 4:Push ups [ 1 set of 10] 5: cat crawling backwards and forwards 6: incline pull up [ 5 sets of 3 reps]
Next time i want to train more precisions ,Manor high school is a good location for basic moves and conditioning i will need to add it to the community maps. Tell my if the log is not clear i will modify it

with that said i have set some realistic goals for myself after training on my own and finding out my true strengths and weaknesses i have split them up into short term and long term
Short Term = Achieve by 31st October - 5 Pull ups -Clean Under bar - Clean Dash vault -11 Plyometric Push ups - 10 Dips
Long-term = Achieve by 2011 - Muscle up - Fast Climb up

Monday: CELEBRATIONS ;D ;D ;D ;D i just managed my very FIRST no cheating, unassisted, COMPLETELY DEAD HANG Pull up with that said i have set some realistic goals for myself after training on my own and finding out my true strengths and weaknesses i have split them up into short term and long term Short Term = Achieve by 31st October - 5 Pull ups -Clean Under bar - Clean Dash vault -11 Plyometric Push ups - 10 Dips Long-term = Achieve by 2011 - Muscle up - Fast Climb up I can do dead hang pull ups now aswell! WOOP! And I completed 2 successful muscle up yesterday! Tanzil is my proof But good work man! Your goals are similar to mine! I need to improve my climb up DRASTICALLY! I'm not too sure if it's my technique or if it's my strength :S

Haha I need to practice them! I did one climb up froma hanging postiton at fat bar on sunday but it was slow and i didn't have that much explosive power..

tisk tisk, you have time for YOUR videos but not the community session one.... my computer was broken so i was forced to use my dads laptop and he has no editing software on his so i had to wait like two weeks for my computer to come back from the shop which i just got yesterday so now i can work on the community session video but i dont think its a good idea for me to edit so i might send all the clips to Andeh

Went down to manor again today i didnt do much counting but basicly
Warm up: 400 Meter jog joint rotations: 5 minutes deltoid destruction: 2 minutes
Training: Walking Lunges : 2 sets of 25 Broad jumps: 2 sets of 5 Underbars: only managed 1 propr because it was quite slippery i bailed 3 times Sprint back home [ approx 200m]
