Thought so.
So throw it all on one DB and we have a 25kg dumbbell. Could still do with more weight for the leg exercises, but this may be enough *for now*.

Thankyou SOO MUCH JOE!! will definitely do these One question, should i carry on this plan for like 6-8 weeks like the one you told me to do before? or just forever but at the same time increasing the difficulty of each workout? oh and this made me laugh! -"but don’t hold your toes like that fa**ot. Don't mess about with the sets or reps - add weight, that's all you should change.
Do it until it stops working.
Research all the exercises and make sure your form's right.
For the medial delt raises, rear delt flies, curls etc - do them to the point where you feel a goood burn. Everything else should be difficult.

And put all your weight on 1 DB and just 1 if that's what you need to do, e.g. DB bench press.
For the pull ups put weights in a bag.

Yeah, the weight should be enough so it's difficult. Except on the deltoids stuff, that should be to the burn.
