My staple breakfast: 3 eggs, bowl of porridge.
You can do whatever with eggs.
Anyway. Share any 'recipies' you have.
Here's one: -broccoli -mushrooms -onions (as much as you want) -3 eggs
1) 2 tablesspoons vegetable or olive oil in your pan, medium-high heat 2) throw in the veg, cook for about 3-5 mins on medium 3) crack the eggs into a pyrex jug or something, beat the crap outta them 4) throw the eggs into the pan (the further you are from the pan, the more points you score) 5) cook dat s#*t!
Nothing revolutionary, but enjoy. Have a bowl of porridge next to it and you have a booooming breakfast.

My lazy/quick breakfast [ when i cant be bothered to cook]
1) Avocado
Any Fruit of your choice
Almonds Cashews Mixed seeds raisins
Optional: Pouring Yoghurt [ but none of that low fat crap ]
1) Mix the nuts,seeds and raisins all together in a bowl, how ever much you feel like having
2) Pour on the Yogurt [ optional ]
3) devour it all
