This section is made to compile current daily training, list future goals, keep track of what you are doing and/or whatever else you wish to include.
Here is a suggested posting structure:
Subject "________'S BLOG" e.g. JOE'S BLOG
Content A. Your name, location, weight, height. If you want you can also include some training stats, such as 1RM numbers (e.g. Deadlift), max rep numbers (e.g. pull ups) and any other physical benchmarks you feel you might want to.
B. Your current goals for the next 3 months - specific things you wish to see change in the next 3 months. It could be anything really you think you need to improve on or want to improve on. Your goals should be specific to you. Excercise, diet, cardio fitness, Parkour movements etc.
Each post after this first post will contain whatever information you want to post about your day and what you have done. This section will be left open and others will be allowed to comment on your posts - but keep it clean, it will modified to prevent spam.
