looking forward to it today i did a 9 foot rail precision, 1 rail was slightly wobbly and they were both slightly slanty (which i hate) also, did a jump to find out that only andeh and blane had done it, this made me happy this will be my last Leicester achievement post for a while [and a 13 second OAC negative...]

rails were on the other side of the main bit of leicester uni, there's that building with a fairly wide drive, there's black railings to the right of the door (there's like a big drop to the left of it)
the other one was a jump around the corner from "flowbox"/"girlguiding center" thing, from a wall into a stairwell (it's not actually that hard, it's just a bit trippy)

I think I know which rail precision you mean.... :S I believe Tim and I have both done the jump to the stairwell too And yes it is trippy, nice one on getting it!

I DID IT! I ran 30 miles yesterday (technically 33) There was a group of 7 of us, running together for that distance was such an awesome experience I'm looking forward the Leicester marathon now!

A couple of nights ago, i managed to beast something out i've never done before.
I actually ironed my shirt, and trousers for work the next day... BEFORE i went to bed. I also folded my tie nicely on top of these, with my boxers on top of this.
...
I woke up late the next day though... so i was late.

nobody achieved anything since i left??
So I can now walk again (dropped my crutches a week ago), and in fact would be running if i weren't saving myself for my holiday! So that's nice
And whilst my foot's been recovering, I've been doing a few pull-ups...
and I can now do assisted full-range OACs on a tree branch, using my other hand to push on the flat trunk!!
Next time you see me, I'll be breaking out OACs!

I hope so I won the gym challenge at my local gym 2km on the treadmill as fast as possible, the time to beat was 7:33, I managed 6:33, I got a bit annoyed at the treadmill when it topped out at 20km/h and I wanted to go faster though!

i go to Hamilton (2502 sqn) and IT BEAT BIRSTALL IN WING FIELD DAY (we are like ENEMIES!) so tell your mate HAHA! Its a really good thing to get into, might get boring at times but it will get you lots of skills such as scholarships, certificates, D of E and BTEC's that will look good on CV's
