LOL. He's a fighter. The best in the world. Not a parkour practitioner or a gymnast. He's a hell of a lot stronger and more athletic than me and the rest of this forum, I'm sure.
Why do people have to comment so negatively and arrogantly all the time? lol. humble yourselves.

exactly, I expected somebody who trains that hard and has arms that strong to be doing more than 2 shaky muscle ups...
He doesn't LOOK like he's stronger than us in this video.

Well he's only recently used gymnastic rings, this past training camp. Muscle ups are more technique than strength.
I assure you he's a hell of a lot stronger than me. And let's not forget he weighs around 185-190lbs AND has to train boxing, wrestling and jiujitsu as well as strength and conditioning work in one week.

but surely that would make me doing parkour much more impressive? Because I also produce music and play harmonica and write stories, poetry and scripts and maintain a long-term relationship and I'm doing a degree and I eat food and poo sometimes.
It doesn't take away from the fact that I'm bad at parkour. Hence you'd rather watch somebody better. You get me?

What?! LOL, is that serious or a joke? haha. He travels across america to train. Towards the end of camp he settles down. I'd assume he trains all three seperate disciplines 3x a week, plus sparring, then 2-3 conditioning sessions and 2-3 strength sessions. On top of that he has to attend media events etc. And finally, he is not only beating but completely dominating the best fighters in his division. He has almost cleaned his division out twice. He's goes into fights with an INCREDIBLE amount of pressure, he's the #1 fighter in the world. Not only that but as he keeps winning, his opponents learn more about him. I really hope your little comparison wasnt serious Thats why I cant understand criticism over some bloody muscle ups.. this dude is the f**king man. He is a complete and utter machine, and hes still the nicest guy ever. If he truly did suck at muscle ups, he'd listen to you if you had tips for him. He is extremely humble. Why cant we just appreciate people instead of entering into ego s**t And i hope none of this seems argumentative, everythings so friggin serious on da internet

What I'm saying is there's a load of other stuff that he's good at, great, very impressive...
But why are we meant to be impressed by a professional athlete doing 2 muscle-ups? He's top of his game at fighting, but he fails at muscle-ups. That's not a bad thing. That doesn't make him any less bad-ass. He's still a much fitter man than I'll ever be. But he fails at muscle ups.
What I'm saying is, that video was totally unimpressive. You love him, great, I can see why, he sounds a machine. But that surely isn't his finest moment on video??

Just keep the bar until you can squat properly (film it or look in a mirror). And then when you add weight, you know how to squat dat s**t
plus most people at my gym just do quarter squats, pussies
