Name: Vijay Sahrma Nickname: VJ Age: 23 Location: Narborough Experience: 0 days... Hobbies: Pool, computers, reading, snowboarding, rock climbing, music, playing the guitar, ummm, that'll do... Fitness: Shockingly bad - My main motivation to start doing parkour!
Hi,
I have no experience what so ever with parkour. I had a pretty serious knee injury (hospitalised) about a year ago. Since then I have been eating loads of rubbish and I started smoking again. So to summarise, my health is shockingly bad now!
I want to take up parkour to improve my fitness. Ideally I'd like to find someone in the Narborough area to jog with to improve my health when not practising parkour.

definitely a good plan. A lot of people find parkour addictive, so if you're lacking motivation, it's the kind of activity that can really make you take your body seriously!

If you come along to our weekly classes you will learn the basics, build a strong foundation of skill and increase your strength and fitness. They're on every Friday, 7-9pm at New College in New Parks. The Leicester Mercury will be at the class tonight too!

ha, love all of the replies. You're all very friendly!
I wish I had logged on here earlier! I emailed for information about the session but got nothing back, I wasn't sure if it would still be running with the snow and what not! Well I'll probably come along early in January! Are the classes stopping over Christmas?
Also, is there a way to subscribe to these posts so that I get an email when people reply? Can't find a button!
Thanks again
