So I finally decided to make one of these If you could give me some guidance and correct me on any mistakes it would be helpful I've not done a lot of training this week as it's first week back and school has been pretty immense, but yeah.. Wednesday 8th SeptemberWorkout time: 60mins at Lunchtime Gym Sessions at School Upper Body and AbsA. 5mins- Treadmill - Running Pace (WARM UP) +Stretches B. 5mins Skipping - Normal,Criss Cross, Double Skip C. 4 x 10 - Push Ups D. 4 x 15 - Crunches E. 2 x 10 and 2 x5 - Pull Ups F. 2 x 5 - Chin Ups G. 3 x 5 Standing Tricep Extensions With Medicine Ball (Can't remember the weight)

Nice and clear, lots of information, sweet, try to avoid stretches in the warm up.

Thanks man! Avoid stretches? At school we were always told that before any physical activity you should get the heart pumping and muscles warm.. And then static/dynamic stretch them so you don't injure yourself? But then again school isn't a beast like you!

your not meant to do static. Joe told me once then i went on the army website and it said the same thing

Hmm, generally your warm up should consist of running/skipping/star jumps, throw in some squats, lunges, push ups and then mobility drills and dynamic stretches, and dependent on the workout, a CNS frequency drill at the end.
The only static stretching I do before training is of the hip flexors and shoulders.
