Dude, please drop the 3/4 step tic tac stuff Work on the regular 1 step tic tac. I GUARANTEE you'll get more distance from it. Spend your energies on more useful techniques. And if you're going to failure on all of those sets in the full body workouts, you're central nervous system will get shot to bits.

Anymore than 1 step in a tic-tac is really pointless. The whole point is to push off the wall, not run along it for numerous steps. Increasing steps will only dramatically decrease the power in pushing off the wall. 1 is all you need.

Here is how it is for me from now on Am currently waiting on my Chinup/Pull up bar to arrive from the internet ;D SundayParkour Training MondayRecovery TuesdayFullbody workout Wednesday Recovery Thursday1h of Shotokan karate- the deep stances of shotokan are like holding a squat for 1hour, we also do Knuckle push ups. Fullbody workout afterwards FridayRecovery Saturday Parkour Sunday Parkour My Goals are as follows Be able to do the following 30 consecutive FAST Pushups 10 Pull ups 15 chin ups 50 squats Perfect the 3 Step tic tac Find a Functional user for the 3 step tic tac Be able to 4 step tic tac When i mention fullbody workout i basicly mean 3 sets of push ups 3 sets of pull ups 3 sets of tricep dips 3 sets of chin ups 3 sets of squats 3 sets of Leg plyometrics 3 sets of suicide sprints Firstly, when you say full body work out, INCLUDE NUMBERS! Not just a list of exercises or its not a training log and you'll have no way to track your progress. Secondly, that deep stance thing equating to holding a squat for an hour is totally wrong.

Try not to clutter your training log with too many posts, it makes it hard to follow.

You completed the whole handstand block 3 times? by 3 handstand blocks i basically mean 3 sets of 6 pushups and 1 handstand on the wall so does that mean 1 handstand block is 3 sets of 6 pushups and 1 handstand?

Sunday/today: workout: --- 1 set of 16 pushups 3 sets of 10 push ups 1 set of 5 chin ups 3 sets of 4 chin ups 1 set of 11 leg raises --- Progress: - my pushing strength has now come back to and i no longer have to get on my knees to do push ups again. - i was able to max out 1 extra rep of chin ups than i could before

That's better Also, the handstand block is: one set of 6 push ups followed by an 11 second handstand against a wall - repeat both 6 times without removing your hands from the floor and without pausing. Technically there's more to it than that, but that'll do for a definition.

Dumi, don't forget why you're doing the conditioning - Parkour! I'd say you need to train Parkour more. There's no reason why you can't go do Parkour then conditioning after.

Dumi, don't forget why you're doing the conditioning - Parkour! I'd say you need to train Parkour more. There's no reason why you can't go do Parkour then conditioning after. am working balancing things out at the moment by mixing conditioning and PK training together instead of Conditioning week days and only have the time to train once or twice a week. mixing conditioning and technical together instead of training just pull ups on there own, outside of my my house is a really nice wall which i can tic tac onto to get hold of the garage roof then pull myself up [ but not over, not strong enough yet] so i guess am training my wall run, tic tac, and pull up at the same time and doing precisons instead of just jumpining squats to improve technique and strength

Respect to TK, but don't pay too much attention to that video.
EVERYTHING needs attention. Focus on everything. Find jumps and do them. Don't just limit yourself to certain things. The beginning is about learning to use your body and trusting yourself.
You need to go after your weaknesses.
