I guess its my turn!
Here is what I got upto this week - Monday 19th July to Sunday 25th July
MON:
7:40am-8am: Mobility and stretching

9am-6pm: Work
7pm - 9pm: Training at the Gymnastics Centre. Working on swingy stuff - mostly upstarts to vaulting straight over the bar as well as some flips, such as wall spins and fronts. (An upstart is a gymnastics term, its like a muscle up but you keep your arms straight and use your legs to provide momentum and power. - www.youtube.com/watch?v=IZRr-n4lrGE)
TUES:
7:40am-8am: Mobility and stretching
9:30am-7pm: Work
8pm-9pm: Leg strength training at the gym
Warm up outside, practice precisions as part of the warm up. Aiming for 8 sets of 3 near maximum broad Jumps.
In the gym,
Do a few warm up sets for weighted squats - increasing the weight each time.
4 sets of 5 squats at 65kg weight (not counting the bar)
4 sets of 8 split squats on each leg. 16kg dumbell in each hand (that hurt!)
3 sets of attempting glute-ham raises (I can't do these properly yet, so it's more just experimenting and trying to challenge myself in that position.)
3 sets of 8 on the the hamstring leg curl machine thing (I don't know its name! - Just until I develop the strength to preform glute-ham raises properly)
WED:

9:30am-6pm: Work
6:00pm - 6:30pm: Just joining in with the beginning of the Pedestrian summer school sssion
9pm - 10pm: Playing around with Parkour techniques in my garden, plus some handstands and cartwheels
THURS:

9:00am-6pm: Work
7:00pm-9:30pm Hell Night Routine. (mostly upper body endurance plus core work at the end)
FRI:
9:30am-10am: Mobility and stretching
1:30pm-6:30pm: Work Plus LPA meeting
SAT:
6pm-8pm Pedestrian Summer school
SUN:
TRAIN ALL DAY!! (TODAY! )
