Ok then. So, I guess I'll start with goal.
Goals: My main goal would be to get over that fear of doing a jump and also making my climb up quicker and with more momentum. Other than that Im not really sure.
Weekly Training: I don't do much training by myself because of 1: Im at school and 2: There aren't many places for me to train in the hustle and bustle of Wymeswold (population 1000).
Exercise: I don't set time aside in my day to do a workout or anything like that. However I do quite alot of sport during my time at school (Sept 3rd until July 16th). I play football when I get to school, during break, and during lunch. (This is from Monday until Friday) I also play football for a club on Wednesday. I play rugby for my school we train every tuesday but thats only during the rugby season.
Well thats about it for me. Oh and I wont be training for a while because my mum hates going into leicester every Sunday/Saturday. ;D
