Just a heads up that there are regular sessions at a gymnastics center at New College in New Parks on a Monday night, where you can go along and use the mats etc. Its a cool evening and there is quite a community building there (mostly trickers etc.)
Just to point out, these are open sessions and are not organised by LPA.
The sessions are £4 each. The first session runs from 6pm to 7:30pm The second session runs from 7:30pm to 9pm.
If you can, I'd recommend the second session. It's a lot quieter so you have much more room to move!

i think i need to try a few things out on some mats, should be a bit of fun. anyone know if the timing for these seasons are still the same, mondays 6-7.30 and 7.30-9?
