It's interesting to watch animals, because their movement is pure, instinctive. It's a level of body & mind we are always seeking to emulate, because we have to train, make ourselves faster, stronger, better - train the body and the mind until our form is second nature;
We didn't evolve to do what a cat does, but we evolved with the capability. The potential to move, improve, strengthen our muscles, toughen our minds. We can live out our days in front of a computer screen, our bodies adapting to the bright, cyan light; Training our mind to thrive on the convenient technology - synonymous with complacency, incompetence.
If you don't challenge yourself, how do you live?
