First of I would like to say thank you to everyone who helped me Friday after my injury. Second of I just come back from hospital, I have teared the ligaments and tenants from both sides of my ankle on my right foot, and need to somewhat rebuild muscle back. Apparently if it's not feeling any better by Monday chances are I have chipped it. So it could take up to 6 weeks before I'm able to do any training but if I follow doctors orders I could be ready for 3 weeks. This is bad for 2 reasons, 1 being I can't train Lol

f**k dat ice s**t.
Rest it for a few days but don't go crazy not doing anything or you'll lose ankle mobility. After a few days do some calf raises and shin raises (google) and then google some ankle mobility drills.

I did a wall run and some how landed on both sides of my right ankle :/ I gotta put ice on 15 minuets every 90 minuets and gotta do foot exercises once every hour and keep it above my heart, but hopefully I can cut it down to 3 weeks. My whole ankle area has all turned purple. It's all yuky Lol Thanks for all the advice guys as well.

I know your pain, I'm still recovering from an ankle-mess a month ago, didn't go to the doctors but I'm pretty sure I ripped something.
Get an ankle support (like a proper blue one off amazon which is about a fiver) they make a huge difference in the latter stage, just makes you so much more confident!

It's really weird though, the swelling at the top of my foot just won't go away and the bruises were to little purple ones either side of my ankle. I mean one on the left and one on the right not on the same side by the way but yeah it's just expanded into other weird colours Lol. Hmm hopefully should be fine.
I got a ankle support to tom, they feel so good but if you wear them to long they get to tight so I only wear it a few hours a day, would you say your fit to train yet?

yeah, bruising does weird stuff, it's basically blood panicking and trying to fix stuff up.
Yeah, don't wear it when you're sitting or anything, but they're good if you want to go outside to stop you ripping yourself on the curb or something.
Erm, I guess I could for short sessions, I did some training on holiday on angled rocks, but then the other day it was a bit sore for no apparent reason. So yeah, short sessions, where you can concentrate and allow your muscles to keep your ankle safe feel best, long sessions you'll get tired and sloppy.
