i got this idea from the norwich parkour forum so here it is, we all imput into this great challenge and add eachothers push ups together and see how long it takes us all, good way to get motivated. my arms are killing me fron chinups/pull ups so am only going to start it off with 1 push up,
1 / 1,000,000

I would have done a big chunk of this at rendezvous, a couple of hundred at least, maybe more. Shame I didn't keep count and therefore can't add them!

Well - you can add the 100 I did on Tuesday (10 between each time I went around a little route) and the 144 the four of us did together during the hand stand block at hell night earlier.

Do weighted ones count? I did 25 with a 20kg weight plate on my back.... as long as you were doing regular push ups then yes weighted is legitimate so that should make it 280/1,000,000

20 for me.. So that makes it 300! Wow getting to 1,000,000 will be such an achievement for all of us!

1 weighted press up = 1 press up + the weight divided by your body weight.
Joking! Now that would get confusing!
